- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the amaretto, orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold and the juices are well mixed.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Hold a spoon against the inside of the glass, with its back facing up, and pour the grenadine slowly over it so it settles at the bottom.
- Garnish with the orange and the maraschino cherry.
