Shake Cuban Rum, Havana Club 3 (A Very Mellow Light Rum, Anyway) Havana Club 3 (A Very Mellow Light Rum, Anyway), Dry Vermouth, Oleo-Saccharum (Lemon Zest Oleo Saccharum), Lime Juice with ice. Strain into a coupe.

I had just enjoyed a Mizuwari and wanted to try another refreshing drink with water as an ingredient. Inspired by the El Presidente, I mixed up a punch-like cocktail using white vermouth. To my surprise, it ended up tasting remarkably like iced tea.
