A warm, shaken sour of Cuban rum and dry vermouth with lime juice and oleo-saccharum, lengthened with hot water and spiced with Angostura and orange bitters.

After a Mizuwari, the creator went looking for another cooling drink with water as an ingredient. Taking cues from the El Presidente, the creator built a punch-style cocktail on white vermouth, which unexpectedly turned out to taste a lot like iced tea.
