Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the St-Germain, fresh basil, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the coupe, so no basil fragments get through.
  5. Garnish with a lemongrass stick.
