Instructions

  1. Chill the cocktail glass.
  2. Crush the lemongrass stem in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the sockerlag-style simple syrup, lemon juice, dry vermouth and vodka, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a lemon zest twist.
