Left Hand
0
A stirred bourbon drink where Campari's bitterness and the sweetness of sweet vermouth balance each other under the whiskey, with Angostura adding spice. Created by Sam Ross at Milk & Honey and Little Branch in New York in 2010.
Sam Ross's original version of the Left Hand used rye whiskey rather than bourbon, ordinary sweet vermouth and no bitters. The recipe was revised after feedback from Campus Five.
