Leaf Fall

Stir Scotch, Apple Brandy, BéNéDictine, Amaro with ice. Strain into a coupe.

One evening at Drink, I remembered how nicely Benedictine balanced Fernet Branca in the Campo Viejo. Curious about its effect on Amaro Sfumato, I mixed it with smoky Scotch and apple brandy, inspired by the approaching autumn season. The result was named the Leaf Fall.
