Instructions

  1. Combine the spirit, lemon juice, egg whites, simple syrup, and bitters in your shaker.
  2. Dry agitate without ice or reverse shake if preferred.
  3. Then pack your shaker with ice cubes and give it another thorough shake.
  4. Pour seltzer water into the mixture.
  5. Strain over ice into a large glass.
  6. Squeeze an expressed lemon wedge into the drink before dropping it in as a garnish.
  7. Mint leaves make for an excellent additional decoration.
