Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Shake the gin, lemon juice, triple sec and lavender syrup hard with ice.
  3. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake again without ice.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
