Instructions

  1. Add the Cynar, Campari, cachaça and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir, or throw, until well chilled.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with ice, ideally with one large block of ice.
  4. Strain the drink over the ice.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the glass and use it as garnish.
