A shaken gin sour with green chartreuse, lemon juice and ginger liqueur, where a little Scotch, absinthe and a couple of drops of salt solution add smoke, anise and sharper edges. Created in 2021.

The Last Vow dates from 2021 and was developed for the wedding of a close friend, with the aim of making it the centrepiece of the drinks served.
