NOT IN INGREDIENTS LIST. Sencha green tea and Sansho pepper Pour the gin and sencha (green tea) into a bowl and mix. Strain the sencha out of the gin into a shaker. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the shaker. Fill with ice and shake moderately for 6-8 seconds.
