A bitter, tropical sour of Jamaican rum, Campari and pineapple juice, sharpened with lime juice. A small measure of Green Chartreuse adds herbal sweetness.

Last Bird is a take on the Jungle Bird inspired by the Last Word. The recipe came from testing how much Chartreuse, lime juice and pineapple juice to use until the drink did justice to both originals.
