Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in both rums, then the orange, pineapple and lemon juices and the simple syrup.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain into a coupe, or into a hollowed-out pineapple if you want to serve it that way.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an apple slice.
