A Negroni variation with Scotch in place of gin: equal parts Scotch, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred and finished with orange peel. Created by Dominik Soukup at Repete bar in Prague in 2025.

Bartender Dominik Soukup created the Laphroni at Repete bar in Prague in 2025. The drink joins Dominik Soukup's liking for the smoky whisky in the Penicillin with the fondness of Romana, the creator's girlfriend, for the Negroni. Michal Farský, a friend of the creator, made the first one at an event.
