Instructions

  1. Fill the rocks glass with ice, pour in the absinthe and top with water. Let it stand while you mix the drink.
  2. Stir the gin, dry vermouth and St-Germain with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled.
  3. Empty the rocks glass of ice, water and absinthe, so only a thin coating is left on the inside.
  4. Strain the stirred drink into the coated glass, without any ice.
  5. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
