- Chill a highball glass, then pour in the Velvet Falernum, Green Chartreuse, Yuzu Juice and Pineapple Juice.
- Fill the glass about two-thirds with crushed ice.
- Mix the drink by twirling a swizzle stick between your palms; a bar spoon moved up and down through the glass works too.
- Top up with more crushed ice and swizzle once more.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve with straws.
