Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Scoop the pulp from the passion fruit into a shaker.
  3. Add the gin, passion fruit liqueur, triple sec and pineapple juice, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake hard until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice wheel.
