Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the bourbon, orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and Angostura bitters to a shaker.
  3. Shake hard without ice so the egg white blends into a foam.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
  5. Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
  6. Twist the orange peel over the drink, then drop it in.
