Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour the Gin, Giffard Creme De Framboise, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Pickled Cucumber/Gherkin Brine/Vinegar into a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
