Shake Pisco, Lime Juice, Orgeat, Egg White with ice. Strain into a coupe.

The La Serena Sour was crafted to celebrate Chile’s Independence Day, using Chilean pisco and white wine. It also tastes fantastic when made with Peruvian pisco and Sauvignon Blanc.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the Sauvignon Blanc in a shaker.
  2. Shake without ice.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh into a cold sour glass.
  5. Top with half an ounce of Sauvignon Blanc.
