Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Spray the inside of the glass with absinthe so it is lightly coated.
  3. Add the dark rum, Pedro Ximénez sherry, armagnac and Bénédictine to a mixing glass with ice.
  4. Stir until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the absinthe-coated glass.
  6. Express a lemon zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
