- Crush mint and blackberries in honey syrup at the bottom of your shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients but exclude the sparkling wine and garnishes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain through a fine mesh into a champagne flute or highball glass.
- Top up with sparkling wine.
- Garnish as desired.
