A gentle stirred drink of gin, sweet vermouth and dry sake: the vermouth brings herbal sweetness, the sake a soft, dry finish. Dates from 2012.

Kuroni, dated to 2012, features gin from the Swedish brand Härnö, whose Old Tom variety tastes much like Hayman's. The other main ingredient is Genmai Yamadanishiki, a brown-rice sake that has been aged.
