Instructions

  1. Muddle the tangerine / mandarin / clementine in the bottom of a shaker until the juice runs.
  2. Add the vodka, Angostura bitters, lemon juice and triple sec, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Finish with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
