Ingredients: 8 ml Simple Syrup; 1 dash Angostura Bitters; 30 ml Gin; 1 twst Grapefruit Peel; 15 ml Lemon Juice; 15 ml Velvet Falernum; 30 ml Dry Sherry

Gin and dry sherry stirred with lemon juice, simple syrup, Velvet Falernum and Angostura, finished with a grapefruit twist. Dry and citrusy, with a nutty sherry edge and spice from the falernum.
