Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the dark rum, orange juice, Mentzendorff Kümmel liqueur, pimento dram liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
