Instructions

  1. Add the bourbon, Amaro Montenegro and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, ideally over one large block of ice.
  4. Express an orange zest twist over the drink, then discard it.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
