Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Barbados rum, amaro, crème de cacao and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Express the orange peel over the drink and use it as the twist.
