Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice, amaretto, pineapple juice, dark rum and white rum to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Fill a tiki mug (or a large highball glass) with ice cubes and strain the drink into it.
  4. Pile crushed ice on top.
  5. Finish by topping with prosecco.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry and a mint sprig.
