Instructions

  1. Put the gin and honey syrup in the base of a shaker and stir until the honey syrup has dissolved into the gin.
  2. Add the grenadine, lime juice, grapefruit juice and mint sprigs.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
