Instructions

  1. Put the crème de banane, white rum, crème de cacao, milk, cream and banana in a blender.
  2. Add five ice cubes, about 2.5 cm (an inch) each.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick.
  4. Pour into a highball glass.
  5. Dust with ground nutmeg and serve with straws.
