Instructions

  1. Combine Canton, Jameson, and egg white in a shaker without ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shrub, then shake again until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into an Irish coffee mug and top with tonic water until it pushes the foam over the rim.
