Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, amaretto, passion fruit liqueur, lemon juice and passion fruit syrup.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
  4. Cut a lemon zest twist shaped like a shark fin and place it on top.
  5. Add 3 drops of cranberry bitters (or grenadine) beside the fin as blood.
