Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Japanese plum wine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Vigorously agitate the mixture to blend the egg white thoroughly.
  3. Next, pack the shaker with ice cubes and shake until the contents are well chilled.
  4. Pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice through a strainer.
  5. Top off with club soda and gently mix it in.
  6. For garnish, add an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry on a pick.
