Instructions

Start by brewing 4 ounces of green tea and allowing it to cool down to room temperature. Next, take a cocktail shaker and gently bruise six mint leaves inside to extract their flavor and oils. Then, pour in 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of lime juice, half an ounce of agave nectar, and the cooled green tea into your shaker. Pack the shaker with ice cubes and give it a vigorous shake for about 10 to 15 seconds to blend everything together properly. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass that is already filled with fresh ice cubes. For garnishing, place a wheel of lime around the rim of the glass and add a sprig of mint on top as a finishing touch.
