Instructions

  1. Used Tiquira branca, which is a Brazilian distilled beverage from fermented cassava (cauím, mandioc).
  2. The tiquira was infused with jackfruit (jaca mole).
  3. For sweetness and acidity, I used cocoa honey (the nectar from the cocoa fruit) and added fresh lime juice and 2 drops Zulu bitters Imburana special edition.
  4. Shaken with ice
  5. Double strained to a cold martini glass.
