Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Brush the rim with honey syrup and dip it in desiccated coconut.
  3. Add the light white rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, blue curacao liqueur and sugar syrup 'rich' to a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the coupe glass.
