Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill it.
  2. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
  3. Stir until the drink is cold and has diluted slightly.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Squeeze the orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as garnish.
