- Chill a rocks glass.
- Put the dark rum, orange juice, Amaro Averna and pimento dram liqueur in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until the shaker is cold.
- Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange wheel.
- Passionfruit condensed milk:
- Measure out 355 ml passionfruit puree, 355 ml granulated sugar and 240 ml Carnation evaporated milk.
- Combine the three.
