Created by Benjamin Talbot in 2017. Blended Scotch stirred with Campari, dry vermouth and a little triple sec, with orange bitters, Peychaud's bitters and a few drops of salt solution. Bitter, dry and whisky-forward.

Benjamin Talbot's It Wants What It Wants, from 2017, reworks the classic Boulevardier and Old Pal with Scotch whisky. The drink leans toward fruit, with a hint of smoke and a lift from orange.
