Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass about two-thirds full with ice.
  2. Pour the vodka and blue curaçao into a shaker with ice and shake hard. (Or skip the shaker and build both straight over the ice in the glass.)
  3. Strain the mixture over the ice in the glass.
  4. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with orange peel on a cocktail pick and serve with a spoon and a straw.
