Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, Cherry Heering and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Squeeze an orange zest twist over the drink, discard it, and garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
