A gin sour with herbal Green Chartreuse, grapefruit and lemon juice, softened by a little simple syrup and cucumber. Shaken and served in a coupe; created by LUPEC Boston in 2007.

LUPEC Boston devised the Irma La Douce in 2007 at an event celebrating Green Chartreuse. It takes its inspiration from the green liqueur and from the film Irma la Douce, in which Shirley MacLaine plays a Parisian prostitute in emerald stockings.
