Instructions

  1. Crush the ginger and honey together in a glass.
  2. Pour in the alcohol.
  3. Invert shake this mixture with ice cubes, then fine strain it out.
  4. Incorporate an egg white into the mix and shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds.
  5. Present the cocktail in a chilled glass topped with an expressed lemon peel twist and a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
