Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add the dry vermouth to a shaker with ice and shake lightly.
  3. Strain off the vermouth and throw it away, so only the coated ice is left.
  4. Pour the gin over the ice and shake again.
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a chilled olive on a stick or a lemon zest twist.
