Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
  3. Add Underberg, aquavit, cachaça, pineapple juice, lime juice and rich sugar syrup, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a bottle of Underberg, a bouquet of mint sprigs, and dehydrated pineapple and lime wheels.
