Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Muddle the apple in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add the mint sprig, elderflower cordial, aloe vera juice drink and gin, then fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with mint, thyme, an edible flower, lemon zest and apple.
