Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the apple brandy, Scotch whisky, ginger syrup, allspice dram, Angostura bitters and black pepper to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
