Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the dark rum, CléMent CréOle Shrubb Liqueur, orange curaçao, orange juice, orange bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge speared with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
