Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Muddle the orange and pineapple in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the sweet vermouth and gin, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Twist an orange zest over the drink and discard it, then set a pineapple wedge on the rim.
